Description
The kit is designed for the quantitative determination of antibodies to hemagglutinin-neuraminidase of the Newcastle disease virus using the erythrocyte hemagglutination inhibition reaction. The set is designed for 500-1000 studies.Composition
The kit includes the following components:-Inactivated antigen (LaSota) of the Newcastle disease virus in freeze-dried form, packaged in 2 cm3, in vials of appropriate capacity. One set includes 5 vials of antigen.
- Positive blood serum of chickens against the NB virus (positive control) in freeze-dried form, packaged in 2 cm3. One set includes 1 vial of positive serum.
- Negative (normal) chicken serum, which does not contain antibodies to the NB virus (negative control) in freeze-dried form, packaged in 2 cm3. One set includes 1 bottle of negative serum.
-5 tablets for preparation of phosphate buffered saline solution.
