Description
The kit is designed for the quantitative determination of antibodies to avian influenza hemagglutinin of the H9N2 subtype using the erythrocyte hemagglutination inhibition reaction. The set is designed for 250-500 studies.Composition
The kit includes the following components.-Inactivated avian influenza virus (HP) antigen of the H9N2 subtype in freeze-dried form, packaged in 2 cm3, in vials of appropriate capacity. One set includes 5 vials of antigen.
- Positive blood serum of chickens against the HP virus of the H9N2 subtype (positive control) in freeze-dried form, packaged in 2 cm3. One set includes 1 vial of positive serum.
- Negative (normal) chicken serum, which does not contain antibodies to the HP virus of the H9N2 subtype (negative control) in freeze-dried form, packaged in 2 cm3. One set includes 1 bottle of negative serum.
- 5 tablets for preparation of phosphate buffered saline solution.
