International Scientific and Practical Conference of veterinarians of poultry farms of the Russian Federation and CIS countries

On February 6-27, 2025, Vladimir hosted the International Scientific and Practical Conference of veterinarians of poultry farms in the Russian Federation and CIS countries "Topical issues of diagnosis and prevention of infectious diseases of birds in industrial poultry farming." The event was organized by the Federal Center for Animal Health (FSBI "VNIIZH").



The conference was attended by specialists and researchers from FSBI "VNIIZH", experts from the Rospticesoyuz, the Eurasian Association of Poultry Farmers, FSBI "VGNKI", FNC "VNITIP", representatives of industry research and production companies in Russia, Turkey, India, Iran, employees of poultry industry enterprises. About 120 participants gathered at the event.



Nikolay Leonidovich Krokhin, Head of the consulting service at Evolink, was invited as a speaker. He made a presentation on "Practical experience in the use of bacteriophages in industrial poultry farming." The performance aroused great interest among the audience. At the end of the conference, N.L. Krokhin answered all the questions of the conference participants in a round table format. They were provided with up-to-date information on working with phage preparations at enterprises of the Russian Federation in order to obtain safe products and improve the health of farms from bacterial infections.



During the conference, video recordings of reports were made for posting on information resources.
